Dental Treatments
Conservative dentistry
Conservative dentistry encompasses the dental specialties of esthetic dentistry (fillings, veneers, inlays…) and endodontics (root canal treatment).
Parodontology
Periodontology is the specialty that studies supporting structures of teeth, which includes the gingiva (gums), alveolar bone, cementum, and the periodontal ligament and those diseases, and conditions that affect them.
Prosthodontics
Prosthodontics is the dental specialty pertaining to the rehabilitation of missing or deficient teeth. It comprises the making of fixed (crowns, bridges…) and removable (complete removable, partial removable, telescopic retained…) dentures.
Oral surgery
Oral surgery is the area of medicine concerned with correcting a wide spectrum of diseases, injuries and defects in the head, neck, face, jaws and the hard and soft tissues of the oral and maxillofacial region. It has two main fields „head and neck surgery” and „dentoalveolar surgery”. Oral surgery is commonly performed to remove wisdom teeth, prepare the mouth for dentures, repair jaw problems and to perform more advanced procedures as required after trauma or severe disease damages to the structures of the mouth.
Orthodontics
Orthodontics is the specialty of dentistry that is concerned with the study and treatment of improper bites, which may be a result of tooth irregularity, disproportionate jaw relationships, or both. Orthodontic treatment can be carried out for aesthetic reasons to improve the general appearance of patients’ teeth or to provide the patient with a functionally improved bite.
Oral camera
The Intra Oral Camera is a fascinating innovation in dentistry that allows the client and our clinicians to look deep into the mouth and observe the teeth at a very close angle.
